Three years in the making, it's finally there:

"Promisies of Hope and Fear" is Causenation's long anticipated debut released on wool-e-discs, a Belgian label where artists as Enzo Kreft, The Arch, Red Zebra and Whispering Sons reside.

Promises of Hope and Fear turnes out to be a very varied album where different styles meet over a range of 8 tracks going from post-punk to oldscool EBM with a touch of dark synthwave sounds.

The album is described as going back to the late eighties and early nineties and resemblances epic bands from that era such as: Absolute Body Control, Vomito Negro, and Neon Judgement.

Causenation's debut is also a hommage to vintage synthesizers and samplers combined with today's technologies.

The album is mixed and mastered by Istvan Gazdag who you might know as the masterbrain behind "First Aid 4 Souls" and "Stahlgeist"

Promises of Hope and Fear is available as a digital download and as a compact disc.

The artwork and sleeve design was done by Jon Arnold (sleeve photographer) and Augusto Goes (design and bandlogo).
